We want to keep it as accurate as possible, but please, do not entirely rely on this list when buying hardware. Both IDE and SATA hard drives work. Booting is quick, but restarting doesn't work: hangs while trying to reboot.

Halting works ok. AV8 ABit Installer disc with Wesley patch had to be installed through VMware, but boots natively. IDE, USB, ATA all work. Change Output to 48,000 in Audio MIDI Setup in Utilities to fix sound - still, only left channel works. SATA untested. Gbit LAN does not work. No BD7II ABit only installed with jas patch.

It's working well, lan working. Othe only thing is after installed finished it didn't reboot automatically, but the os shut down properly don't know but I don't think so IC7-G Abit IC5HR controller with SATA drives works fine. Onboard sound works fine with AppleAC97Audio kernel extension.

Onboard Intel PRO/1000CT Network Adapter works flawlessly. No IS7 Abit OSX 10.4.3 8F1111A Patched with Jas v4.2b installs great. Motherboard audio, LAN, USB works. Both IDE and SATA hard drives work.

While traditional artists taking a stab at digital media will find Painter 2015 a steal, veteran Painters with an older version will have to decide if the new brushes and tablet mode are worth it. Corel painter 12 torrent windows loader.

Booting is quick, but restarting doesn't work: hangs while trying to reboot. Restart ok N/A KN8 SLI ABit OSX86 8f1111g with Athlon64 3200 Venice. USB - Works, Audio - Works, IDE - Works, SATA -?(Don't have a sata drive), Lan - Not Working no KV8 Pro ABit Patched Installer disc does not load natively. I had to install through VMware and use my SATA Partition and installed direct to it. SATA will not detect by default had to load AppleVIAATA.kext and then I was able to reboot my PC (not in VMware) and boot nativly but without it would not load. AC97 sound does not work (may work if adding device ID to Kext, Gigabit LAN not detected.

Everything else works great! Few modifications and all is great! Another user: Patched 10.4.3 installer disk worked perfectly as long as only core install was selected. Only problem was that OS seems unable to complete a reset or shutdown call to the bios, reset button is only option. No NF-M2S ABit Leo4All v3 loaded with no issues or patches other than AMDFix.

SATA was automatically detected. On-Board NIC does not appear to work with any patch (Adding device ID to IONetworkingFamily.kext did not work). Realtek audio does not appear to work natively. Mach Resest doesn't work. USB Ports function. SATA recognizes HDD but not the DVD Drive.

A few modifications and elbow grease and you could get this to be bearable! No VT7 ABit Some USB devices work so does the PS/2 thats about it; no Ethernet or audio.

I had it set up with 1 IDE hard drive and two CD drives on the second channle all were recognized. I never tried adding any 3rd party drivers though, so some people might have better luck. I945Ga-PHS AOpen SATA works. Disable onboard audio in BIOS if you have trouble installing. After installing, copy AppleHDA.kext from 8F1099, re-enable audio in bios, and it will work. I945g-PLF AOpen Sata works, 2nd ide controller doesn't (ITE), on 8f1111 you need to disable Audio in bios to install.

Didn't test 8f1099 Sound doesn't work and stops you from booting installing 8f1111 MX46U2-GN AOpen osx86 10.4.3. No M2N-E-SLI Asus Everything works fine. Installed Ideneb AMD Leopard. On board audio works without any patch. SATA WD 250HD made a parition FAT32. The only thing that doesn't work is on board LAN. Buy a compatible PCI card from the Networking List below and you will be good to go.

Yes K8N nForce3 250 Asus Used Jas' PPF patch. Sound works, ATA works (No SATA), Ethernet (nForce) doesn't work, D-Link DFE-538 tx used for internet. No K8V Asus.dmg convert to.bin then to.iso (had write errors straight to.iso.) Used Maxxus patcher. Sound not working, USB not work too.

Onboard lan and sound untested. K8V SE Deluxe Asus Able to natively install onto a SATA disk using Maxxuss-patched disc.

AD1980 sound works with a plist edit (see the boards); plug speakers into mic port(!?) to get sound (on left channel only). Gigabit ethernet unsupported (Marvell chipset).

Everything else appears to work fine. No P4C800 Deluxe Asus SoundMax AC97,USB, SATA, ATA, VIA 1394. Everything works fine with Maxxuss's 1.1 ISO patch, except the network chip (3COM Gigabit 3c940). No P4B533-VM ASUS Everything works, I haven't found any anomolies yes, I think P4C800-E Deluxe Asus SATA RAID controller not recognized. Cannot see any drives on Promise controller (regardless of bios settings), so you're limited to 2 SATA devices. Firewire/IEEE1394 not working.

Sleep/suspend doesn't seem to work. No P4GE-MX Asus Using OSX 10.4.3 8F1111A Patched with Jas v4.2b,installed native from DVD.,ATI RADEON 9000 AGP.

Have patched up to 10.4.4 but lose sound.need to find right files for sound stuff on 10.4.4, Celeron 2.8G SSE2 processor.UPDATE:10.4.5 installed native and is working fine. Seems fine, more testing needed P4P800-E Deluxe Asus Everything except the Marvell Yukon Gigabit LAN works with 10.4.3 and Jas patch. Sound comes through Line Out, not normal speaker jacks.

No P4P800-VM Asus Nearly everything working well. SATA, ATA, Networking, Audio, Video, USB, flawless! PS/2 is a pain, use USB keyb/mouse, make sure to disable floppy/serial ports in BIOS (doh!). No P4P800S-X Asus All working 100% with install DVD (patched). No P5GC-MX/1333 Asus Leopard 'Kalyway' USB/Graphics/IDE/ICH7 All Work Out Of Box. Sound and Ethernet do not work.

No DFI Lanparty UT nForce 3 250GB DFI ATA works slow, no nVidia sata, maybe silicon image works? (not tested yet) no DFI Lanparty UT nForce 4 Ultra-D DFI Worked fine after install with patched 10.4.3 DVD but no SATA or integrated ethernet. Sound, USB, Firewire and PS/2 works (but only if you put both your mouse and keyboard in PS/2 ports). No 915P-A ECS Appears to work completely (tried with P4 640 3.2GHz). No volumecontrol on audio but sound does work. Booting using partition on SATA-hdd. LAN port works. USB works (it appears USB2 but couldn't verify it since my USB stick is protected with a windows tool). Tried with GForce 6600 (Asus silencer) no QE or CI. Tried also with ST-Lab X600pro; this works beautifully CI and QE supported.

Yes KN1 Extreme ECS SATA is not working. Disable onboard USB in BIOS if you do not have both a USB mouse and keyboard. If you leave it on and have a PS/2 keyboard plugged in with a USB mouse (as is my case), pressing a key on the keyboard will freeze the system. No NForce-3A ECS SATA is not working. Onboard NIC doesnt function (easy enough to fix with a PCI one).

Everything else took right off without any problems. NO PS2 recognition of course no K8M890M-M ECS SATA & IDE working, OnBoard Sound working, PS/2 ports working (both mouse and keyboard), AGP working (using nVidia 7300GS 256MB PCIe) Haven't tested USB, Onboard NIC, Parallel, COM, OnBoard Video yes, using OSX1048AMD.iso 848P-A7 (1.0) w/Pentium 4 506J 2.66Ghz ECS Intel 848P (NB)/Intel ICH5(SB) Used OS X86 8f1111 with wesley's patch (macosx10.4.38f1111fordtkuserdvd.iso). Everything works perfectly. All I had to do is put the disc into the drive and press that power button. Using nVidia FX5200 128MB AGP graphics card, works, but no 3D acceleration, still a rather nice user experience. I will be trying out the ECS 915-A (1.1), which has the GMA 900 onboard video, which should provide full 3D graphics acceleration.
