The Tenant pays the landlord/owner for electricity before usage ( Redline from tenant to landlord is the flow of money). Then the landlord/owner has the money to pay the municipality for electricity before the month end(Redline from landlord/owner to municipality). The landlord/owner sends a fax/SMS to E-Meters with the amount of electricity they must credit on the system( blue line is the communication between landlord/owner and E-Meters).
E-Meters than loads the amount the landlord/owner specified onto the system. The tenant can then send an SMS any time of the day or night to obtain the credit that is on our system( blue line from Tenant to E-Meters and back). E-Meters don't receive any money from the tenant, we only charge the landlord/owner a R15-00 managing fee, witch the landlord/owner can then pass down to the tenant at the end of the month under utilities as a management fee. How much does it cost? E-Meters charge landlords/property owners a managing fee to load electricity credit onto our system for there tenants. The managing fee charged to landlord/property owners is a fixed rate every year.
Included in the monthly managing fee is unlimited uploading of credit onto our system for your tenants per month. The management fee is R20-00 per month, per meter for residential property.
The management fee for commercial property is R60-00 per month per meter. For more information please don't hesitate to call us on 087-575-0124 or 082-777-7558 or send us an email at sales@emeters.co.za.

Want ho hack ur electricity meter? I've scrached my head for a while right now trying to figure out how this thing works. The meter itself has no much significance since by default, it sends no electricity to ur house and if any wire connected to this meter is cut, the electricity goes off. There 2 ways to hack this system: 1. You can open the device, remove the chip, put it into one of those classy chip programmers and just change a few values usually 1 or 0 for true or false or 2.you can use a random key generator to generate its value usually 14 digits. You can either choose to program the code itself or receive the real code from me on email.
Use C,C preferably. Since the device has no way of communicating online, its ever offline. Some of these things still run on magnetic fields n u can actually play around with the speed at which it bills u by either altering the magnetic field revolutions or use ur own ideas. The only problem with the system is that once u tamper with its billing system, they r able to know at a later stage when the auditing is done and u'll still have to pay for the amount consumed so any ideas of avoiding these r very welcome. I think am a genius.'
